review

Following last year's huge 10th Anniversary Party (recently voted as one of the best parties of 2007!), this year's event followed a similar formula. The White Party is probably the most famous circuit party in the world - so why mess with perfection!

Fire was transformed into a white wonderland - with fantastic production, amazing music and the sexiest crowd! The dress code was 'dress to impress' - in white, of course!

Two White Party resident DJs were flown over from Amsterdam: Max Morel (who has rocked the main floor at Fire many times before) and Pako 80 (resident at Heaven in Gran Canaria and renowned for his uplifting house-with-a-hint-of-electro!). Wayne G and Terry Bryan also joined them on the main floor.

Paul Christian, David Jimenez and Gonzalo brought us a slightly tougher sound in the Mirror Arch, Jamie Head and Mikey D took control of sound in the Light Box and the Fire Lounge was the place to hear Steven Artis and Dave Cross.

As to be expected, Fire had shipped in a gaggle of go-go boys - all dressed in the briefest white costumes possible! Less was more, as is often the case! The weather was fine, so many people piled out into the smoking areas - to smoke, but also to chat with friends and make random encounters of course!

An excellent party... we can't wait to attend again next year!
